MEALS
I use the seasonal vegetables of the reliable safe self cultivation in farmhouse guest house “GENROKU”.
I prepare for the meal which can enjoy seasonal taste and regional cuisine of Nozawa Onsen.
Dinner ezample in Winter season.We often use local foods,such as freshwater fishes and edible wild plants.
We serve delicious home made breakfasts and dinners,offering a variety of traditional Japanese styles.
